This study ranks the best airports for food-loving travellers seeking to extend their layovers by analysing five metrics: airport Instagram posts, average Google rating of airport restaurants, average Tripadvisor rating of airport restaurants, average Yelp rating of airport restaurants, and the average number of Instagram posts for restaurants located inside the airport.
Only airports with complete data across all five metrics were included for consistency. Airport-level averages use the available rating data from the identified top restaurants, while individual restaurant rankings include only restaurants with complete rating data across all platforms.
My Baggage helps travellers ship luggage, boxes and sports equipment door to door, so the airport can be about the journey, not the heavy bags.
